What time do I need to arrive for my spa day?
We strongly advise all guests to arrive on or before the allocated time as late arrival may mean no therapist is available to greet you and hand over your
complementary welcome kit.
Do I need to bring a towel with me?
Each guest booked in for a spa day will be given a complementary welcome kit comprising a fluffy robe, slippers and towel, in addition to access to a secure locker.
Does my complementary welcome kit
belong to me? Can I take it home?
All items remain the property of Ultra Chique Clinique and the company reserves the right to charge guests for items removed, without prior consent.
Is there a cancellation policy?
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required when booking a spa package. In the event of a cancellation, deposits may be transferred to an alternate date, at the company's discretion, providing cancellation is a minimum of 2 working days prior to the original booking.
Are there any medical conditions
that may preclude treatments?
Use of the spa and the range of therapies on offer can be beneficial to your health. However some therapies are not suitable for guests with certain medical conditions i.e. epilepsy, diabetes (I) and pregnancy. Each guest is therefore required to complete a medical history form prior to any consultation.
